Indicold inaugurated the latest location at Rai Industrial Area, Sonipat, Haryana on 9th March, 2023. The brand-new completely frozen facility offers a capacity of 4416 pallets and is equipped with the latest machinery and technology. It is designed with a view to minimize temperature loss by efficient planning of operations, mechanised movement, computer controlled plant management, etc
The facility was inaugurated by Mr. Kalyana Rama (Chairman and Managing Director, CONCOR) in the presence of Directors of CONCOR, Mr. Rajesh Goyal (President of the Federation of Cold Storage Associations of India), Mr. Mukesh Aggarwal (Owner, Siddhi Enterprises, Investor for the Project) and Mr. Kartik Jalan (Director, Indicold).
What makes this facility special is that it has been constructed in a record time of 60 days. Mr. Mukesh Agarwal thanked the entire team, vendors and the Indicold team led by Mr. Kartik Jalan, in driving such seemingly impossible timeline and ensuring early completion of this world class facility.
The event was well attended by industry leaders and representatives of the cold chain sector across Indicold’s verticals of store, move and prepare. The operations of the facility were started on the day of the inauguration with the unloading of the first truck of ice cream.
