Niharika Jalan holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Lucknow and a bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Mumbai University. She has over a decade of experience working in top-tier organizations such as Unilever, Aditya Birla Group, and Career Launcher.
Before founding Indicold, Niharika worked at Career Launcher, a leading education services company in India, where she was responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase revenue and customer engagement. Prior to that, she worked at Aditya Birla Group, where she gained experience in brand building, operations management and supply chain.
Niharika Jalan has been instrumental in driving Indicold’s growth and success. Her expertise in sales and marketing has been essential in establishing Indicold as a leading provider of cold chain solutions in India.
